Review of Fattush Salad at Tabülè by sueprozak
First time trying this salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh mint, onions, parsley and toasted whole wheat pita lightly dressed with lemon garlic sumac and olive oil. It was awesome!

wfpbnewbie I eat this so often at shawarma places...that my bank account wasn't too happy. $10+ for a salad...but love the convinience. I bought sumac and pomegranate molasses but haven't checked ingredient list of the molasses. Cant be 100% sure if the brand is vegan. But you can check on internet for vegan fatoush dressing and make this salad at home. 1 likeReply
