Pad Thai au Phoenix Findhorn CIC — Avis de emmaos (12 août 2021)

Very standard fare but good to see an Asian dish on the menu. Would have benefited from some carrot, fried tofu and chilli flakes (though these were provided when I asked). Was more of a peanut stirfry. Their elderflower kombucha (pictured) was mega!!
