Colorful and delightful, this dish is filling, healthy, and, most important, tasty! What an interesting variety of flavors! Choice is the most vegan-friendly restaurant in the quaint coastal town of Pa’ia. The service is friendly and fast. Just be aware they aren’t open for dinner. But it’s a great place for lunch before or after the beach. #MauiVegan
