Blanched vegetables with blended peanut & spices sauce, garnish with Indonesian style of peanut crackers. (This cracker in normal recipe contain egg, unfortunately. And I doubt restaurant will get the vegan type of this crackers. Either put it aside, or eat in moderation).

The one and only "Indonesian Nasi Pecel" dish in Singapore you can get. Can't get authentic than this.
