When I was vegetarian I still drink "Clamato" because I put it in my ceviche or in my michelada 🍺 now that I am vegan I still looking for clamato alternatives.
For this ceviche coctel we prepared it with V8 original tomato 🍅 juice, this was perfect for the coctel, with mushrooms, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, carrots, limon juice and seasoning.
