Review of Vnagi With Teriyaki Sauce at Saute Sushi by suchabohr

um this was amazing?? to be fair the vnagi didnt quite replicate unagi's taste and texture but i really enjoyed it. it seemed to be made of tofu, complimented with a sweet teriyaki sauce (wish it were more savoury though). inside the roll contained this seasoned tau kee (beancurd) which i thought was very smart, but not sure what its trying to replicate...

the mayo and tempura bits topping were great too :) and also all the rolls here are massive! super value for money and filling
