This is hands down the best bao you will find in Cape Town- vegan or otherwise. The jackfruit is well-marinaded and is perfectly rendered to have a good juicy chew. You can order the bao as either vegan or vegetarian. The pickles, salad, dressing, and crunchy onions are glorious additions.
