"100% cultured from plants" touts the message right underneath pepper jack.
This cheese is sharp like you would expect cheese to be. It is eight servings of approximately 1 inch by 1 inch cubed blocks. Just one of these sharp tasting blocks (serving size) is all I need to eat at one given time because they are potently cheesy!
Would definitely purchase again!
