M&M is mainly known for their meat market, but they do have some hidden vegan gems!! This is a seasonal item with mushrooms straight from Italy. It is only available in the summer months. It’s an easy ready made meal that just needs to be flash fried or even microwaved. The marinate and portions are good, it is a little more expensive due to being a seasonal and out of country product, but I think it serves as a good treat. It can be added into any meal or left on the side
