great to find vegan options in a ramen place! the sauce for this mazesoba was good and I enjoyed the tiny portion of rice they had for you to add into the bowl and soak up the remaining sauce after finishing off the ramen. Only wish that the vegetables were more generous because honestly at this price point those vegetables aren't really that great and most of it seemed to be spring onion 👀
