Not a mushroom person, cannot review validly. I believe everything was done right and was generally very tasty, judging by the reactions it got.

I looooove their packaging. It's sustainable and efficient and looks fancy enough. Not that they're trying to be environmentally friendly 😛 but even inadvertent victories are victories!🥲
