Must admit that in my general culinary ignorance of green stuff, I'd thought that #toona was a tuna substitute, rather than a plant otherwise referred to as Chinese cedar or Chinese mahogany 🤭

Whatever the case may have been, there wasn't too much of it on show here 🤨 Versus the other order, the main difference was the heaping of #veganfloss on top of the #friedrice 🤨 It's a general observation I've made with this restaurant; the thing which headlines the name of the dish probably ends up playing a peripheral role in the dish when it really comes around 😅

It's reasonably tasty though, especially with a helping of chilli oil or something a bit punchy. Their fried rice range is a nice alternative for when you don't quite fancy the predominantly Japanese options on their menu 🙂
