Fresca Salad au Kokomo — Avis de ingridpar (3 juin 2021)

wow. this place was to die for.
for starters... its the cutest brightest little restaurant that was so peppy and bright and just felt warm, with good seating outside with umbrellas since it is just so hot out.
the salad was a base of kale and lettuce, and had white beans, vegan feta, pickled onion, dates, tomatoes, pineapple salsa, some other things i can’t remember and it was topped with these crispy almost hickory stick like sunflower chips and a avocado cilantro vinaigrette that was out of this world.
it was so refreshing and the perfect thing for this hot day, the bites were different every time and it had an awesome balance of savoury and sweet. one of my new spots for sure, i will be back soon!!!
