I was so excited to try this place! Princeton was in dire need of a dedicated vegan restaurant.

They have a huge menu (with a good amount of gluten free options) including all day breakfast, and a bakery case of beautiful desserts.

I had the TLT sandwich, and it was unfortunately super boring, with hardly any flavor. The fries were okay.

However, not pictured are the buffalo tempeh wings, which were amazing!

I went with two non-vegans, and they loved what they had; chick-un burrito, palm tree bowl, and strawberry donut.

I’ll definitely be returning to try out other items.
