
I think this is a very tasty cheddar alternative.
Like most plant-based cheeses, it's a rubbery - processed cheese - texture, but tastes more cheddary than most I've tried, & melts very well. (I've added a photo of a pizza I enhanced with it).
Obviously not a health food (the reference intakes are based on a 30g serving. I used about 100g to 'pimp up' the Tesco pizza photographed.

It's worth a trip to Asda just for this isn't it? I was surprised how good it is!
