I’m not even a huge bolognese fan but figured I would try this just because it’s vegan. But wow it’s delicious! super savory and way tastier than my normal plain tomato purée. Love that it serves 1 as I live alone and am constantly battling leftovers. #italian #lazyvegan #abillionturns3
