Lasooni saag au Flying Monkey — Avis de fourdollars (12 mai 2021)

Saag apparently takes quite a long time to make. It is mashed spinach with garlic, and flavours are delicate. I also noticed it has quite a bit of heat in it despite not being tongue-spicy! The dish comes with tandoor roti which was so-so. I liked the pickled shallot that gives a tangy interlude to the earthy flavours here. This dish cost $18+.
