Vegan Brownie au Pear Tree Bistro — Avis de anthea (9 mai 2021)

This dish blew me away! The presentation is outstanding and the taste was incredible. The brownie was covered in a delicious chocolatey sauce, the pear gel was amazing. The aquafaba meringue, which you drop from eye level so that it breaks to reveal beautiful yellow ice cream, was the best I have tasted. Not too sweet but still delicious. Attention to detail was phenomenal and clearly made with passion!
