I would recommend this multivitamin and mineral complex. I feel a lot better after I take them, but I have learned that I can not handle the recommended dose for them. The serving size is 4 capsules and with a horrible taste that stays with you, I feel awful. I’ve learned to take two and space them out throughout the day. Probably not doing much for my body like that unfortunately.
