Review of Katsu Crunch at Sushi 2 by xtineexplores

This is my second love behind Mango Punch Roll. My favorite cuisine has always been sushi and I was star-struck when I tried these two rolls. I love their creativity and how all the flavors and textures complement each other (though I opt for without shredded beets). IN: Tofu Katsu, Inari, Cilantro Vinaigrette, Gobo carrot and Shredded Beets Top: Avocado, Katsu Sauce, Firecracker Sauce, Sesame Seeds, Organic Micro Greens. Only $8.99, though it's definitely worth more.
