Chicharron Tacos au Gracias Madre — Avis de trinakm (23 avr. 2021)

Gracias Madre is 100% vegan so you don’t have to worry about double checking items! These tacos had fried oyster mushrooms with a bright acidic salad on top making them the perfect balance. Sides were the classic black beans and Mexican rice, a childhood favorite of mine and they hit the spot. Beautiful presentation, amazing taste, and the outdoor patio creates a perfect setting for the meal.
