

Wow wow wow. I'm so impressed by this dessert. The pink guava sorbet is surprisingly creamy and soft to the taste, and flavour is really outstanding. Coupled with the light and whipped coconut mousse, it's heaven! They also drizzle white wine over it but it's good enough without it in my opinion. They also called this a palate cleanser so it was tehcnically not one of the 5 dishes as part of our 5 course vegan tasting menu ($75++). Really delightful creation. Kudos to OFC kitchen.
