Savory 酥餅 traditional pastries are a bit rarer but no less loved than their sweet stuffed counterparts and I’m glad Hip Pun has created this tasty vegan version featuring Omnipork. It’s like a Taiwanese savory danish~ crisp neutral pastry crust enrobing a delicious porky filling.
