Pinsa Con Porcini, Patate E Crema Di Tartufo au PizzeriaNuvola — Avis de origamisprout (11 avr. 2021)

Pizzeria Nuvola is soooo very good and such a particularity in a city like Parma, where it's hard to get vegan food. Apart from pizzas, you can also get some burger with Beyond Meat!

I always "compose" my own pizza, and this time I chose the "Pinsa" style, not regular pizza. It's a bit fluffier and has, obviously, a different shape. I liked it, even though I would not pay more to get it.
What I got wrong was the tartufo spread, it was very salty and I did not actually like it.
