Plant-Based Menu 🌱 au Origin Grill — Avis de Vikas Garg (8 avr. 2021)

Finally posting about this incredible dinner that my dear friend @letusbeheroes treated @mrsgarg and I to recently. Thanks to Chef @damian who is the Shangri La Hotel’s dedicated vegan chef for preparing this amazing feast! Everything was so unique and bursting with flavors. It’s so hard to describe each dish but I loved the little touches in each one that must have taken hours if not days to prepare.

Ah yes.. one photo is missing... the spirulina linguine with green kale pesto was so good Sonia ate mine too before I could get a photo! Amazing 🤩

Definitely check out Origin Grill if you haven’t been there. It’s a beautiful space that’s very warm and welcoming and the vegan food is incredible and I think most of these dishes are available a la carte!
