I’m not usually a fan of tom yum broths for anything but this was pretty great 😄 The Pinxin website recommends cooking this with mylk, which I have yet to try but even on its own with water it tastes great & zesty 🍋 so that gave me the idea to pair it with some mint leaves and pineapple 🍍 and it came out amazingly! #autismawarenessmonth #tiledreview
