however could not notice any difference in flavor or how its melt vs the -planet vegan- one that I bought some weeks ago ... and comparing prices this one is 2X higher.
This cheese contains amaranth and pea protein.
🤓 #nerdyfact about the Heartbest company, I did not know that this is a #mexican company, the entrepreneur is a young guy with 26 years old, the company claims that wants to change the way food is seen in Mexico and Latin America adding plant based products and #dairyfree ones. the company has 40 employees and with 4 years in the market the company has 800 points of sale .... ok that is impressive.. so probably I will give a second chance 😉
