Review of Rice and tofu bowl at Moe's Southwest Grill by kqm219

It was really tasty. The cilantro rice was very good. The tofu needed to be cooked longer. It was undercooked which made it spongy and mushy. And that was after I told the guy I like it well done. It was made to order so it was fresh. But tofu needs to cook longer than 5 minutes.
