Vegan Tofu Bun au Pho and Rolls — Avis de scubatropics (18 mars 2021)

Although I ordered the vegan tofu as my protein in the Bun, I had to specify that I didn’t want the fried eggrolls added (non vegan) I was offered the substitute of the tofu cold Spring roll. The spring roll was a little bland, would’ve been much better with a spicy peanut dipping sauce.
