Jackfruit chunks is a yes from me 🤠 But this is partly down to the BBC coconut and jackfruit stew recipe which was amazeee and so easy to make. I’m really rajing bc half the reason I made the stew was to post a picture of it but of course I forgot- too distracted by how tasty it was!! I recommend you all try it out especially if you are a fan of more meaty substitutes bc it defo has meat vibe. But on the other hand I’m not a massive meat substitute kinda girl but this recipe is definitely becoming one of my classic meals. So simple to make and it creates at least 4 portions. Fab!
