Have only good things to say about this soya mince. Really good flavour and reasonably priced. Has the flavour of a typical spaghetti bolognese, and the chewy texture of meat mince. I had it in a chilli con carne (or non-carne lol) but would also work for any mock-meat pasta dish.

Found this a bit too salty/artificial compared to the plain dried soy you get for R20 a bag at the Indian store, but definitely would not complain having a stockpile in a ration situation
