Age Dashi Tofu au Sushi Leo — Avis de Mallory (10 mars 2021)

I called the restaurant to see what was vegan because their website is unclear. Many things online are labeled VG but it wasn’t clear if that meant vegan or vegetarian or what as some items contained fish. I was told they could offer this item vegan but it turns out it was just the sauce that wasn’t vegan and they subbed it with soy sauce. I’d have liked maybe a different sauce but it was ok.
