Review of Vegetarian Yuba Kinoko Healthy Soba at Shimbashi Soba (Paragon) by misssedgwick

Loved the soup which was full of flavour. The soba noodles were good but a tab bit soft for my liking. The assortment of tofu and mushrooms were excellent.
