Waitress told me this noodle dish is the heartier type & is suitable for those who cannot handle spicy food i.e. ME 🥺
Soup base: carrot | sweet potato | white cabbage
Overall very satisfied with this noodle! 🙇only remark is the "local claypot noodles" used tasted very overwhelmingly 'noodle' 🤣
