This is brilliant! Large chunks of #banana, #caramelised and #deepfried, dripping with sin and elation 😁 With nut fragments on top for yet more flavour, and a savoury dip for contrast. Available as a standalone, but comes with a discount as a side to one of their mains.
Clearly draws inspiration from the Malay #pisanggoreng (or goreng pisang, but I'll be a prescriptivist 😛). Really clever #fusion concept!

Caramelised banana with jaggery/brown sugar a common snack or side with breakfast here. I can only imagine how it tastes if it's deep fried too! Sinful, like you said 🤤
