Review of Perfect Vegan Mushroom Broth at The Soup Spoon Union by frapperya

In all honesty, Hillion Mall do not have many dine-in restaurants (excluding the foodcourt) with good vegetarian options, so it's pretty cool that Soup Spoon opened here.

Soup is oriental style and stewed with several ingredients (shitake mushrooms, mandarin peel, carrot and I'm not very sure what else :P)

I find it quite a nutritious option. I quite like this item too because to me drinking oriental soup is lighter than drinking angmoh mushroom soup :D
