My first Yusheng! It was so much fun tossing the salad and the taste was very unique, my friends told me that this was a particularly sweet version. Not bad tho! Was tasty, cronchy and delicious

We do not use MSG or artificial flavourings. We also cook with less oil, less salt (we use sea salt), and less sugar (we use organic brown sugar) for a healthier palate.
