The perfect antidote for those sluggish days!! I’ve heard that the Vega brand’s protein powders are also decent...might need to invest in some to start building some vegan muscles! Hopefully that will work in line with eating less vegan junk food! 🙈😂 Also, loving your plant! 😍🌱
I hydrate mostly with juices made with 100% fruit. My fave juices shortlist include cranberry, grapefruit, guava, mango, lychee, pineapple.
