One of the dishes I really miss as a vegan is healthy and hearty Chinese herbal soup, so I was overjoyed to find a vegan stall selling them! This one is supposed to have a rejuvenating effect and is filled with mushrooms, sweetcorn, carrots and the obligatory Chinese herbs. The stall helpers are helpful and will recommend you appropriate soups based on what you need. This pairs perfectly with the mushroom rice and complimentary chilli sauce!
