Can't believe how simple/ez it was to make these lovely hearty pastry bakes with that all-too-familiar mushroomy filling 😍😋🥴 (intoxicated)
And the best thing was, I didn't even have to sauté or stir fry any of the ingredients (e.g. veg, mushroom, potato etc.) 💁 Just mix everything (raw) thoroughly in a bowl & assemble in some storebought puff pastry sheets
The worst part was probably having to wait for a good long 40 mins 🤣 but halfway in my kitchen had already started to smell insanely divine 😏😏
I made a sidekick round tuna pastry bake since I had some leftover vegan tuna & puff pastry xD
Massel is a true savior omgg! 🤭 Bringing to us their great arsenal of vegan stocks (chicken style, beef style...)
