Review of Large Flake Nutritional Yeast - Bob's Red Mill by paniwilson

We love this nutritional yeast aka nooch. This brand is fortified with all kinds of healthy stuff (unlike other nooch we have found in Europe and Asia). We use it mostly on top of salad or pasta because it adds a nice cheesy or nutty flavour. I've also dabbled in making homemade vegan nut cheeses, and I use in those recipes.
