This was very easy to veganize. I used oatmilk and flaxegg to replace the milk and egg. I don't think that the flaxegg changed anything, so next time I'll try to make it without. But I was highly impressed with how this turned out. It tasted exactly like how I remember it and the texture was the same as well.
