This is quite a decent ‘egg’ product. You blend it with water and then warm in a pan (you have to blend roughly ‘8’ eggs at once to make sure there’s enough liquid to cover the blender blades). A bag is quite expensive but is the equivalent of 99 (cruelty) eggs so better value than Crackd egg replacer. It tastes nice without being horribly eggy. We fried some Moving Mountains sausage patties, VioLife cheese slices and slices of tofu to make this yummy creation ^ #veganegg
