I am so excited about this new vegan restaurant in Princeton!! Their menu is amazing. This was a nice hearty breakfast burrito, with special touches like avocado and pico de gallo. It could have used a little more flavor (hot sauce would have been great) but the ingredients were all super fresh and it was well done in general. With the tip added it got pretty pricey.
