Nothing like a proper wok stir-fry over a blazing fire to get that heavenly smokey taste we call “wok hei” in Cantonese and they do it really well here! Yummy tender soy chunks with an assortment of shrooms and bell peppers. Love that they added curry leaves and chilli padi to give the tangy pepper sauce an extra spicy kick. #veganuary
