It’s alright in its uncooked, un-roasted form. Doesn’t make you want to down its healthy goodness. On the other hand, if you give it a quick stir on the stove / microwave it for a min or 2 it becomes much tastier. 😝 I made sesame based liangmian with it and it was so good! Sure it loses some of its nutrients, but if makes such a tasty dressing afterwards, I would say it’s an okay compromise. A little tip is that if cooked too much it’s starts to foam which is really interesting to watch, but to prevent that I would say don’t cook for more than a minute or 2. #veganuary #liangmian #tahini
