Cornmeal du Bob's Red Mill — Avis de Honey (4 janv. 2021)

I used medium grind cornmeal to make cornmeal porridge. The texture is like oatmeal but the taste is amazing with a little bit of vegan butter on top some maple syrup and then a cup of blueberries. When I was cooking it I used coconut almond milk a little bit of fresh vanilla bean some cinnamon and a couple of teaspoons of coconut sugar. it tastes more comforting to me than even oatmeal and the combination of blueberries with cornmeal is to die for. I did look at the package again and realize this is a non-organic version of this product but all their products are non-GMO.
