桃胶 (Tao Jiao) also known as Peach Gum(from the peach tree) is a good source of plant collagen. Usually makes its appearance in Chinese desserts though it can be added to savoury dishes as well.
Caveat : Alot of work needed to pick out debris from these natural gums prior.
