It’s so hard to find veg claypot rice!! This is from the Claypot Delights stall in IMM’s Kopitiam, the only vegetarian or vegan option in the whole Kopitiam at the time I was there, because the vegetarian stall has permanently closed. There’s white rice topped with wongbok, bok choy, button mushrooms, and spring onions. It cost around $5 to $6 if I remember correctly. The portion is just nice, not too small and not a lot. The stall also has veggie claypot noodles on their menu! #veganin2020
