This is a love story....
...our very good friend has just moved into her beautiful new house with her brand new Esse wood-burning stove on a small island on the west coast of British Columbia. She invited us to (American) Thanksgiving (I am from the US originally) and she prepared a gorgeous vegan feast .... and this was her maiden voyage in the new Esse!
I can’t tell you how sweet it is to be loved in this way, for a friend to prepare a spectacular and totally vegan meal. She sent leftovers of the Stuffed Beast by The Very Good Butchers home with us... scroll to see the last of it in a “Bowl.”
